Self Catering Accommodation
in Cape Town - East
Our five self catering cottages are situated in a safe up-market area of Somerset West. All situated on the same property with large swimming pool and mountain views. The cottages are fully equipped for a comfortable, self catering stay with all modern conveniences. Each cottage has:
- Serviced daily (Except Sundays and public holidays)
- Spectacular views of the Helderberg & Hottentots Holland Mountains.
- Private Patio with deck chairs and braai/BBQ facilities (Weber Style).
- Shade umbrella, fold up camping chairs and cooler box for when you go on a picnic or to the beach.
- Each cottage has an internet connection for those who want to bring their own laptop for internet use. We also have an internet cafe with 2 ready PC's just for guests use.
- Secure off-street parking behind electronic gates. You get your own electronic gate key (remote) and come and go as you please.

- All bedding and towels are supplied and the bedding is 100% cotton percale.
- Summer duvets are light and winter duvets are high quality goose down.
- Four of the cottages are fully air-conditioned and all cottages are heated for a cosy winter stay.
- Fully fitted kitchen with:
- Fridge, Stove and Microwave,
- Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster,
- Cutlery and Crockery.
- Bathroom with shower (some with bath), basin, toilet.
- Safe for valuables.
- Adaptors for your electrics.
- Iron and Ironing board.

Almond View Cottage is cosy and comfortable with its thatched roof. Ideal for a couple but can also accommodate two children (bunk bed) in the open plan living area. The main bedroom is in the loft via a spiral staircase. Bathroom with shower. Unspoilt mountain view from the private patio with braai / BBQ. The cottage is air conditioned and heated. |

Villa Mia, is the ideal holiday home for the whole family. Our most spacious and well equipped cottage consisting of two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, fully equipped, open plan kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, full stove etc. From the kitchen there is direct access to a private patio and large lawned garden. The cottage is children friendly with its own playground in the shady garden. |

Olive Grove Cottage is a first floor, thatched cottage with one bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, open plan kitchen and living area, leading to a private balcony with stunning views of the Helderberg Mountain and the Olive groves, at the foot of the Helderberg mountain. This cottage is east facing, so gets loads of morning sunshine. This is a new (2003) building. |

Lemon Tree Cottage - ground floor cottage overlooks the beautiful Helderberg Mountain range. Open plan kitchen and living area with a large sleepers couch, perfect for a third person. Bedroom with twin beds leads to the bathroom with bath and shower. This is a new (2003) building. |

Villa Jens is suitable for a couple and is very privately situated with an enclosed patio with garden. The cottage consists of one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen and living area. Facing east, it gets full sunshine till mid afternoon. Perfect for sun tanning or just reading a good book on the private patio. |
